What is New

NEW FOR 2025:  All Non-Resident draw applicants will be charged a $79 Game Hunting License which is required to apply and hunt in New Mexico. 

If an applicant is unsuccessful in the draw and chooses not to hunt New Mexico, the $79 Game Hunting License is not refundable.  

The NMDGF charges the full license fee up front for all species. If unsuccessful in the draw, the NMDGF will refund all but a $13 application fee. The Game Hunting License fee and the application fee are not included in the license fees listed below.
